| When | The festivities begin at 6:30 pm with hors d'oeuvres and no-host cocktails, followed by dinner, dancing and fun until 11:30. |

Directions: From the 210 take Hill Avenue exit (Exit 27). Go
north on Hill 2.3 miles until Hill curves sharply left, becoming Calaveras
Street. After the curve turn right onto Country Club Drive.
The main entrance will be on your right.

photos |
A roving photographer will be taking candid photos throughout Saturday evening. There will also be a complimentary digital photo booth for fun and informal individual or group shots, with free downloads available after the event. Plus we are encouraging everyone to bring their cameras both evenings, and we will be facilitating photo sharing. So, while there will be no formal portraits taken and no printed memory book, a fun selection of photos will be made available online for all to enjoy! |
| Late
reservations |
For late reservations (at $149 per person) send your Reservation Form with your check to the address on the form by September 25 at the very latest. Due to the positive response we are unable to accept reservations after September 25 or at the door on the night of the event. |
| Hotel
rooms |
Some rooms are still available at the Courtyard by Marriott Pasadena Hotel at the discounted rate of $99 (king) or $119 (two queens). Go to the Marriott CVHS reservations site to get this special rate. (The hotel has extended the booking deadline to September 29, subject to availability.) Other hotels in the area include the Sheraton Pasadena Hotel, the Westin Pasadena Hotel, and the Langham Pasadena Hotel. |
